Ms Ferrelli’s Food & Nutrition 1 class enjoyed an extensive buffet of whole grain crackers topped with fresh (feta, fresh mozzarella, & queso fresco) and aged cheeses (Havarti, Gouda, Blue to name a few), non-dairy Almond, Soy, coconut, and oat milks and Kefir, a super probiotic yogurt-like drink. They learned from where all originated and which animal: cow, water Buffalo, sheep, and goat!
Broadening our food horizons is such a tasty thing to do!
