Starmount High School held their 2023 National Technical Honor Society induction ceremony for 8 new members on Thursday, April 13. The induction includes a swearing-in and a candlelight ceremony followed by a reception. To be invited into NTHS inductees must have a 3.25 weighted GPA, have completed a CTE pathway, and be an active member of a CTSO. Family members are invited to celebrate the honor as well.
New inductees are: Lannie Carter, Jackson Gray Craver, Payton Howell, Olivia Ireland, Aydan Parks, Maggie Ray, Jake Evan Shoemaker and Mica Phillip Swaim.
The following current members also attended and participated in the ceremony: Jadyn Breigh Haynes, Evelyn Jimenez-Ocampo, Darrenger Cole Nixon, Hailey Rodriguez-Jiminez, , Emma Ray Smith, Madison Triplett and Allison Vazquez-Hernndez.
A special thanks to Ms. Ferrelli and Food & Nutrition I students for preparing food for the reception.
