Students in Mrs. Saddler’s Child Development class wrapped up their objective on Prenatal Development, Healthy Pregnancy and Delivery by having a baby shower, complete with decorations, games and finger foods. Child Development students planned games and activities for the shower while Food and Nutrition II students helped prepare food. “Mommies-to-be” were selected by random drawing and they participated by wearing the pregnancy simulator bellies. Some of the games created by the various groups were “The Price is Right”, “Don’t Say Baby”, “Guess the Baby Food” and “What Am I”. Students and adults alike seemed to enjoy the shower.
